CAD concept schematics are complete, FEA calculations checked & construction has begun at our manufacturing & testing facilities in stunning Montenegro. With a corporate agent and sales/support presence in USA and UK, we have now completed the Aion multicopter prototype.
8 equidistant high mounted thrust positions, multiple redundancy flight system safe guards and 2 fully installed M10 solid propellant multi parachute safety system on every airframe.
A carbon fibre bucket seat surround with overhead controls Aion provides an atmosphere and experience comparable to a modern air racer.
Incorporating mature certified flight control software to significantly reduce our 'product-to-market' timescale, it's a 'Fly by Wire' system with excellent positive aerodynamic stability and crisp control which allows the Aion to fly as if it were mounted on rails, getting you to experience the true joy of personal flight for yourself with a minimal pilot work load.

Full size prototype construction continues with software flight testing ongoing with AIROFLY targeting the first Aion full scale flight in Q2 of 2025.
At the conclusion of the flight testing program, social media will announce the commencement of production with orders taken for the first 10 available Kit manufacturing slots beginning in Q3 2025

The Aion can be built with simple household workshop techniques, no exotic process or welding equipment or special skills are required, just a simple clean dry garage sized workspace and a mechanical aptitude.
Flyer enhancements are constantly in the works, improving the designs and making the building experience even better.
